I was just thinking about our trip to the USA and how Lego is nice and cheap over there. Basically, the price in pounds is the same in dollars, which makes it half the price due to the exchange rate ... at least using the current exchange rate ( Read more... ) -

Yesterday, Nance and I had a day out in Brighton ... just for a bit of a change, but also because I wanted to go and buy some Lego ;) Twas a nice day actually, despite the weather (which was a bit rainy and windy). The nice thing for me was that we went on the train, which meant I didn't need to worry about driving or parking or anything like ( Read more... ) -

Got my own car back today ... hurrah. Had to wait for ages at the garage to get it back because they hadn't replaced the alloy wheel which had a couple of big gauges out of it. It turns out they had the replacement but there'd been some mix up with admin and it hadn't got done. So, I had to wait in this office for about an hour and a half whilst ( Read more... )
